The President and founder, Rusty Parker is a 1983 graduate of North Carolina State University. He is a Licensed North Carolina Landscape Contractor, Licensed North Carolina Irrigation Contractor, and is a Licensed Ground Pesticide Applicator.

Co-founder and Operations Manager, Zack Strickland is a 2008 graduate of North Carolina State University with an A.S. in Ornamental Horticulture and Landscape Technology. He has a combined 10 years experience in the nursery and landscaping business with an emphasis on hardscapes and landscape maintenance. He is currently a Licensed North Carolina Landscape Contractor, a Certified Plant Professional and holds an ICPI certification.
